Brief Description of the Project:
The project's goal is to obtain detailed data and information on youth work in Europe. Data is collected and structured with regard to the following, relevant aspects:
- constitution and characteristics of youth work
- available resources for youth work, both time and money
- number of youth workers
- number of volunteers in youth work
- target groups of youth work
Additionally, the project analyzes the relationship between youth work and the third sector. The project assumes that youth work provides young people with ample opportunities for formal and informal learning.
